Consulting
Continuing Education is a requirement for all Physical Therapists in order to maintain their active license. Weber Physical Therapy provides individualized CEU's for the PT that wants to get better Manual Therapy skills without the hassle of a certification and being locked into a multi-course curriculum.
How It Works
Kyle will have an initial consultation (in person or over the phone) about what the goals are for the desired participants. This includes the amount of CEU credits desired, time frame, skill level and costs. Historically, one day courses are the most popular and convenient for learning and there is not a lot of down time. Once a plan has been established the course will be submitted to the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association for approval and proper CEU's will be distributed upon completion of the course.
Course sizes can range from one to ten Physical Therapists and location can be determined based off class size and proximity to participants. These courses will be predominantly hands-on and are designed to develop the handling skills of PTs. No clinician will be turned away, but for a better learning environment it is recommended that course participants be of similar skill sets. Each course will have designated time for case studies and individual questions that participants can suggest, as well as clinical reasoning and decision making.
Each course will be modified towards the desires of the participants, but the basic information and description of previous courses taught are listed below.
